Gresley Abas - Architects

Image for Archetects Gresley Abas for submission into Art/Archetecture exhibition in Fremantle. they wanted to achieve an eerie feel to the image for the abstract nature of the building amongst the unnaturally just built shiny suburb of Ellenbrook.
Final piece was printed 80 x 55cm. The client provided art direction for the shoot and was very happy with the final result. He had a ball running around zapping the scene with my SB800 flashes.
Capture
Nikon D200, 17-55mm 2.8, long exposure with SB800 flash fill, on tripod, shooting tethered.
Post
Moderate work in post to achieve correct colour and shading on buildings and clean the road, moon was just off the edge of the frame so was moved in pot to aid the composition, the flare opposite the moon is from a street light just out of view.

Thanks for doing such a great job for us Josh. We love this picture…
